So can we take a pic of us and send it in?

Oh geeze...I'm just trying to imagine what ideas they would come up with for other awareness months!

Primal scream!! Next month is stalker awareness month. Not only do we get creepy behavior, not the diversity people encourage it. Confirms my suspicions that campus disability offices are not really seeing the bigger picture and understanding. I was not too pleased with the format of a disability awareness day at our university--the activities seemed to encourage stereotypes.

Frida- Maybe they need an awareness-about-how-to-do-disability-awareness month first? Sigh.

I am so glad I found this blog! You are so funny! Albist are so cute in their attempts at empathy...makes ya want to slap 'em up the side of the head and say, as my Dad used to say, "Use the brains God give ya!"

What if you're visually impaired and want to participate? That doesn't seem fair.

One of the commenters on FAIL blog noted that one of the ways this FAILS is the fact that most people with disabilities don't use wheelchairs!

Thanks, r.b.! Maine-true excludes you if you're visually impaired or have any number of disabilities (visible or invisible) and, like Edward points out, if you don't use a wheelchair.
