The Gimp Parade: Fake disabled children

The Gimp Parade: Fake disabled children

As pointed out, using children who are not disabled as models because they cannot find kids with disabilities to model doesn't make sense unless one considers discrimination at the level of talent and modeling agencies. Creating a diverse pool of clients at these agencies would eliminate that issue.

Personally I have several friends in wheelchairs who do modeling and know lots more who would love to do it!

It's hard enough getting visibility in our society without that being undermined by using fake models to meet quotas. So much for progress...
