I recognize a lot of those, and I agree with the interpretation of them completely. So many people say things to caregivers to make themselves feel better, not the caregiver.
That's exactly what the woman in my parish who runs the caregiver group told me when I sent her this article...I think it's a great idea to make people aware of what is not helpful to say. Thx for your comment, as always!
