I am a C-1 C-2 quadriplegic paralyzed from the neck down on a ventilator due to a car accident in 2002 at the age of 16. I have followed your blog for a while now and also have one of my own. In order to use my computer, I use a computer software called Dragon NaturallySpeaking. That way I can just use my voice to dictate whatever I want to say or have my computer do. I have very limited movement of my neck. Also, I have a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain and I find it easy to speak versus using a mouth stick.
