I can order almost any other item overnight. Silly things like candy and DVDs.
But a standard sized wheelchair cushion that is in a package on a shelf somewhere, no way.

Call them out on Twitter, by name, using a hashtag for the company name. Call them out, by name, on FB. If they have a FB page, go over there and tell your story. Use social media to its and your best advantage!!
I've spent two days trying to find a social media site to contact this company. Interesting how they may be linked to this or that place but not clear still. Seem to keep the type of online profile so consumers can't provide feedback. Big surprise there. not.
