Where Americans can watch the Paralympics starting 8 am EST tomorrow. Unlike some other countries, TV coverage is extremely limited in the US , but you can watch online. NBC will air an hour of coverage at 2:30 pm on Oct. 18 or on cable Universal Sports TV on October 8 (highlights).
