Tonight on Extreme Home Makeover, a paralyzed female LA cop was fortunate enough to receive a custom surfboard from the founder of Life Rolls on.....click above to read about this wonderful organization that helps folks with disabilities get back into the swim. (now that's a bad pun....)

I didn't see the show, but I'm always pleased when they help someone who really deserves it. Sounds like this was one of those shows. It amazes me how so much sporting equipment can be modified to fit the needs of the disabled person. I had no idea about such things before I started reading your blog. You've been quite an eye opener for me, Lady!
Isn't it great the opportunities that are out there? Now we just need to make them more available to folks - we're hopefully going to make strides as time goes by.
