What could be better than pumpkin pancakes at the local diner in early November?
A friend and I are having a bet about who can eat the most pumpkin flavored items. So far I've had pumpkin tea, pumpkin coffee, pumpkin english muffins, pumpkin pudding, pumpkin trail bars, pumpkin apple butter and pumpkin oatmeal.
The pancakes are my favorite so far.
And if I keep this up I may turn into a pumpkin.
