They always have workshops to teach people how to handle themselves in interviews. They should have workshops for employers on how to conduct interviews.
It's more logical to ask a person what they can do, than assume, whether or not they have a visible disability.
That's a great suggestion as we look toward increasing the number of disabled employees in the federal government as well as the private sector. There are many reasons why the numbers of employed disabled people are so low. This video certainly illustrates how "gatekeeping" occurs when you can't get past one person who is ignorant.
