Looks like Windows 7 has "touch" and "gesture" features that might work for some folks with disabilities (see video demonstration below).

Hmmm. Thanks for pointing this out. I have enough trouble using a mouse to make this intriguing -- but I've also had enough experience with new versions of Windows to be skeptical (if not downright afraid) of the beta!
