Robo-ethics?

South Korea is drafting up rules to govern ethical interaction between robots and humans. It is predicted that every home in that country will have its own robot within approximately eight to thirteen years. Robots will be used to help their aging population, according to this article.

Due to the shortage of home health care aides in this country, I see robotics as a partial solution here too. And it might be fun to have a robot around. Check out the video below:
