Exclusivity is a spiritual danger

I found this 2001 article in the National Catholic Reporter archives. It's written by a woman who talks about how she resents people who come into her church just on holidays, who seem to flit in and out or are new when she has settled down roots for seven years, done her share of casserole making and baking , etc.
