The diocese locally just started having a Mass in sign language at one of the parishes... I just don't get why they didn't have it sooner but I'm glad they're moving in the right direction! :)
There is definitely progress! The National Catholic Partnership on Disability -NCPOD- has a list on their site of dioceses with disability ministries which will quickly spread growth. There are also posts on here to let folks know where interpreted Masses are held - and if anyone wants to leave information, please do.
